Shipping and returns


Orders ship 1-2 days from the time placed. Occasionally, Ginga can do same-day delivery within Dubai.


We hope you are satisfied with your order from Ginga concept Boutique. However, in the event that you would like to return a product bought from our online shop, we have outlined the procedures below and you can also Call/Whatsapp us on 0586814642 shall you have any further queries.

We ensure all merchandise departs our boutique in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

The cost of the return delivery will be 30AED.

Merchandise sold during clearance (final sale markdowns) cannot be returned or exchanged.
